We prepare your weekly payroll with all proper deductions in a matter of hours. Just call us with your employee hours and within an hour receive by fax or phone the payroll information. Also, we can write the check for you, at your office, thus saving you time and money. You will receive weekly payroll reports and at the end of each month a tax deposit report to ensure proper and timely payroll deposits. At the end of each quarter we will prepare all 941's, 940's (if necessary), and all state withholding forms and SUTA forms. Also, we will prepare all w-2, w-3, 1099's, 940's etc., at the end of the year. We will do all this for an affordable yet realistic price.
